This extract is made of 4 grams of mushroom per 1fl oz of 40% alcohol. The mushrooms are heated before being put into the alcohol. Topical application of A. Muscaria can potentially help with pain, joints, sciatic nerve, and soreness. I use it before yoga to help stretch deeper, it could also be used for other exercises and physical activities. I can’t recommend anyone take this internally/orally, but it can be done if you have done enough research from multiple sources. It may help with a myriad of physical, mental, and spiritual issues. The main active ingredients in the Fly Agaric mushroom is Muscimol and Ibotenic acid. Muscimol is a GABA receptor agonist, and Ibotenic acid is an NMDA and group 1 and 2 metabotropic glutamate receptor agonist. I would always start with only 1 drop and see how the body responds, work up dosage one drop at a time initially until getting a better feel for it and how you respond. I use it for and take between 5-20 drops depending on my level of energy or stimulation, and sometimes for anxiety taking 2-5 drops. These are only personal dosages and you must figure out what works for you. I must say that I can not directly tell anyone to take it, the information is only my own experience and tips to prevent anyone from mindlessly taking a lot. I can not recommend anyone take a whole bottle at any time. It may make you sick due to the combination of the GABA activity of muscimol/ibotenic acid and alcohols GABA activity. It is safe to take up to a couple of droppers because the alcohol level is low then. It may also produce an unpleasant experience if unintentionally used in large doses internally. It is intended for topical application and potentially microdosing for medical uses.

    This is something I find very promising. I took 2 drops and I felt euphoric. I went right to sleep and when I woke up my back pain was lessened.
